Northside Clinic is an independent and private general practice owned by local, experienced GPs in Melbourne’s inner north suburb of Fitzroy North.
Our focus is on creating a safe, friendly, non-judgemental environment for LGBTIQA+, and HIV positive communities. We provide comprehensive testing for the management of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), as well as a full range of General Practice and Allied Health services.
We also offer pregnancy shared care, women’s health, men’s health, family planning, travel medicine, skin checks, wound management, minor procedures, and chronic disease management.
The Allied Health team offer counselling, psychology, dietetics, physiotherapy and speech pathology for our patients.
Northside Clinic has been accredited by AGPAL and recognised as meeting the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners standards in providing quality care.

Northside Clinic provides quality healthcare to a broad range of patients supported by a talented and professional Nursing and Administrative team.
We are a private, GP-owned General Practice committed to training including offering placements for Medical and Nursing students as well as RACGP Registrars. We run weekly CPD clinical education sessions to ensure you are kept up to date with emerging health trends and treatments and have strong relationships within the referral network we utilize.
Our General Practice is supported by a growing Allied Health group including Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Mental Health Occupational Therapy and Psychology. We also offer onsite echocardiogram and Pathology services, to ensure patient care is prioritized. Our nursing team is adept in a large range of General Practice services, from procedural support through to Chronic Disease Management.
Our Administration and Management team have over 40 combined years of experience in Healthcare Management and work to support you in your consulting. We are a cohesive group of individuals who are all passionate about the role we play at Northside Clinic.

We have sessional rooms available for rent. Rooms are currently well set up for Physiotherapists, Occupational therapists, Dieticians, Nutritionists, Psychologist, Social workers, and Counsellors.
