These can include personal factors such as beliefs, attitudes and thoughts, and social and environmental factors such as work conditions, income, where people live, upbringing, housing and genetics. This can make changing eating behaviours challenging - therefore,Nicole works slowly with clients to identify where they are currently at, what their goals are and discuss with them ways to manage their diet and lifestyle which are realistic and achievable and Practical to each individual.
